Since joining Conclave: A Journal of Character as a drama editor, I’ve had the amazing privilege of meeting some incredible characters. Many of them are still firmly etched in my memory and I hope their playwrights return them one day so that I can learn more about these remarkable fictional creations.

As I mentioned in a previous post, Conclave is open to submissions. But the deadline is quickly approaching! If you have a complex character who draws strong reactions – love or hate, just anything but in between – you still have time to share them with the Conclave editors.
