This writer is taking the U.S. Memorial Day holiday to unplug the laptop and Blackberry. For those of you with a three-day (or longer) holiday, I hope you’ve had a chance to relax.

Being older, and quite old school, I firmly believe that attachment to electronic media puts one at serious risk for ADD/ADHD. I recommend to unplug early and often.
